  1. My sleeve surgery date was June 4th. I've lost 30 lbs... I think that is awesome, Dr. Says good job, I have my 3 mo Oct 3, BUT others say I should be down more? What do you all think? I feel so much better, I don't throw up as much, no pain... Pretty much feel great!
  2. Yes, I am still afraid to eat things, gotta say eggs are not MY best friend unless they are hard boiled and mashed with a fork... I'm afraid of a few things, glucerna made me dump... "that was so awful" I'm just so careful about what goes in my mouth. I also have trouble getting liquids in with the restriction of no drinking 30 min before or after a meal... Makes it a challenge.. So I think you are very normal Best wishes to you!

  6. I'm with you! I'm having the worst time! 6-4 sleeve surgery, I can't stomach the Protein shakes, I gag... And not successful on the Water either... Scary! I hope someone out there has suggestions for me? I just need recipes for healthy broth, and some way to get protein.... B-12 funny that was never mentioned?
