  1. i had was sleeved in Mexico about 3½ week ago and they do have u do a lengthy questionaire....but i talked to my regular dr here locally and she did a complete pre-op labs, ekg, chest xray etc... they will do that in mexico also right before the surgery, but it may not hurt to do it locally just so u can address anything u need to before u travel. but yes they are very minimal compared to what they would require in the states. i worked very closely with my local dr & she gave me labs to do before i see her again in a month to make sure everything is good.

  3. even though i had been told to wait about 4 weeks.....i did at 3 weeks but i will say i was a little sore in the abdominal area....(AND i moved the wrong way and it hurt!)
  4. hi ladies, i'm about 3½ weeks out and are graduating into full liquids...but to start i did broth, sf jello, sf popsicles, and powerade zero.... i just barely discovered isopure, only because i'm trying to find new ways of getting my protein in.... i'm curious as to when i can start adding lemon & chile to stuff....lol
