    I'm 64 I had my sleeve done on April 5th. I have lost a total of 70 lbs. since I started my jouney. The excersice I prefer is the stationary bike. I'm able tout on a recorded tv show and pedal away. I usually go 15-20 mins. at one time. just moderate pace. Hope this helps.
