  4. The syntax nectar is great! Get the trial packets to find what you like best. I prefer the chocolate. vanilla is ok I did not like the strawberry didn't try the cherry
  5. Everyone feels like crap for 2-3 weeks. Just take a day at a time it does get better about the 3rd week.

  7. Hi. I am 3 weeks out. I have done a few bites of a quesdea. Mashed potatoes applesauce oat meal cream of wheat Jello yogurt cottage cheese Hope that helps but I understand it is limited
