Ty so much but 2day I found out I gain 2 pds in to my 4 th day liquid duet very upset :'(

I gain 2pds on my liquid diet I'm on my 4 th day I'm so upset I been eating soup 90 cal my protein shake 100 cal low fat yogurt I'm so upset
