Im do 7 days today went to the doc. Said to take it easy for another week or so that the incisions open up around week 3 or 4 when u think your ok..

How long after a body lift/ tummy tuck were you released to go back to the gym?

Im 7 days post op of a body lift and i cant wait to see what ill look like in a year. Even though im only 7 days i love my dr work almost no swelling the insicion line looks tiny. I love it.

My doc said not to use the recliner. To stay in bed. And just turn every 2/4 hours. I am laying on my side every now n then. A 360 body lift is a tummy tuck all the way around it helps lift the thighs and remove extra skin in the back booty area.

Well i wanted the 360 bodylift with boobs. But the doc said he doesnt do them together. He doesnt like to have people under for so long. I only did my 360 body lift. That took around 4 hours. They took 9.8 lbs of skin. And ill do the boobs in my next surgery.

Yes im 2 years 3 mths out. Sw 257, cw160.. lowest weight was 145 but i looked sick. So i gained some back and ive been at this weight for about 8 mths.

Ya my husband never saiD i looked bad or saggy. But i could feel it. And it bothered me.

No ive had to pay everything out of pocket.

I live in oklahoma city but i had my proceedure done in tulsa ok. Total cost was $9,450.

Well i made it.. they removed 9.5 lbs of skin... i thought maybe 5lbs.. now im just in bed. Doc said alot of bedrest. The pain isnt to bad. Its the muscles that are painfull. Nausea meds make me feel worse so i quit taking them i feel much better. Pain kills knock me out so im sleeping most of the day. I have no hunger but doc said i have to eat to heal faster. So here i am taking it slow... really slow.. also doc said to lay as flat as possible. And no to relay to much on the recliner so my stiches wont open.. anything else that might make this go smooth??

Jesus is grand... lol i got it before surgery... i think its a good sign. Everything will be ok.

Question.. what if im suppose to get my period around the surgery date??

I cannt wait im excited. My parents are against it but very supportive. They tell me what they think.then they say so what dates do we need to ask off... lol

I am gunna ask about that no surgery while on period. Mine is not heavy at all and only goes for a max of 3 days. But i will have to ask.

I just realised its going to be in the same day range.im having the belt tummy tuck. I had totaly forgotten. Can we wear tampons or what can be done? Any one go through this? Since they are going to be working in that area..

Im glad your doing better. Yes me to im doing this one first then the breast. I figured id get it over with first.

Yes im self pay. And i opted to have it done here close to home. It was way cheaper in mexico but we talked it over and decided to do it here close to home. Even though it was more expensive but ill have a dr close just in case.

Hollyr my parents are coming to stay with me for a week for helping out. My kids are in high school so they are a huge help. Im not a stay at home kinda person so im not sure how well ill be able to tolerate that. Lol.

Even though u cannt see it in the pics i have alot of really loose. I think it so loose it tucks in very well with shape wear.
