    I am new to this site, looking for support and friendship while traveling this path and beyond... I had my VSG on Feb 7th, I was feeling great! Down 40+ pounds, hit a plateau and seems like I lost my motivation! I'm not doing my vitamins regularly, I have days I don't get my protein in, I am not eating a lot, but still plateau-ing...REALLY frustrated! I wanted to join this group in hope of some guidance and suggestion!
