  1. Have you found yourself craving something so bad you look up pictures of it and wish you could eat it .?
  2. Ok thanks I can't drink protein shake yet but I'm just going to drink tea
  3. I'm 2 weeks out on a full liquid diet and going to breakfast out what can I eat
  4. Sip sip sip on water all day long trust me its worth it. I had to go to the hospital and get I've fluids because I wasent drinking enough .. Even tho I felt like I was drinking all day
  5. Although I wanted to.... I dident I just kept on thinking of the pain I went through and was thinking about if I cheat now what makes me think I won't cheat later
  6. Yes I was told soy or almond plain milk and protein shakes are good
  7. Being "head hungry" is normal at this stage Im kinda going through that stage now but it's going away and I'm 6 days out. It's not healthy to eat cheese this early according to my doctor that's what gets patients back to where the started over weight because they try and eat food to early it leaves less room for weight loss. I have heard of people chewing up the food then spitting it out but not completely swallowing it. Be carful it can get stuck and you can get really sick -Tarah
