I am Sherry, in New Orleans area. I had my surgery in 2013. So far I have lost 113 pounds and slowly still dropping. (too slowly in my opinion) I am interested though for me, Baton Rouge is a bit far. I am an Ochsner New Orleans surgery patient with Dr. Richardson. It is very little about the surgery (for me) at this point, more about nutrition and exercise. My life has totally changed for the positive since I did my sleeve and I wish I had done it years ago! (the two weeks preop was the worst btw!)
