I'm new here, my name is Krissy and I'm very nervous! Starting weight is 248 and it's my heaviest ever! I'm scheduled for surgery May 20 in Mexico! I got financed and paying part myself! It's about me this time! My kids are older and I'm divorced so starting to date again has been horrible on my self esteem! My time is now to be healthier and feel better about myself

I have just under 2 months before surgery.... this pre-op liquid diet is kinda freaking me out! Any tips or hints for a newbie to make it through?? Thank you
