  1. I was using those shakes before my surgery and hope to use them again eventually, but I can only take about 4oz at a time right now so I use 1% milk (4oz) and 1 scoop of protein which gives me 30g of protein and 180 cal. I use the body fortress whey protein from Walmart, I have tried peanut butter chocolate and today I am going to try the strawberry mixed with 50/50 strawberry v8 splash (diet). How many ounces can you drink at once right now?
  2. Pretty good, I try to have one for breakfast, lunch and dinner which puts me at 90g of protein for the day...I'm only required 60-70 so if I can't get that 3rd one completely gone I don't beat myself up over it. How about you? Which one are you using? Do you make it with milk or water?
  3. Aww keep your head up and goal weight in mind We will get there and much sooner than we could have ever imagined before. I have a friend that's about 4years out and said that it took her a few months to get her energy back to a good normal level, which makes sense. Our bodies are probably in shock. Stay positive and reach out for help when you need it, I've learned quickly this site is full of amazing people that are ready and willing to help! Good luck!!
  4. Hopefully it's just gas trying to make it's way out but if it don't stop I'd definitely call your dr just to be safe I too am getting a little bored with the diet but I am trying to just keep my goal in mind. Tomorrow I can have pureed chili and it sounds like Heaven I can't wait lol.
  5. Thank you 15 of it was the pre diet but I'm ok with that. I can't wait until I can get back into the gym.
  6. We are only a day apart How do you feel?
  7. That's good to hear because I am exhausted! Glad to know it's not forever lol. I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, my highest weight being 355. I yoyo'd between 355 &300 for the past 2 years and just finally had enough. I considered surgery a few years ago but decided that I could just continue doing it on my own. Around November 2012 I started having some pretty serious problems with endometriosis and PCOS (I have both) and decided now is the time. I am 3 weeks out today and down 29 pounds already. Ecstatic to say the least I'm ready to love the healthy active life I've been trying to live for far too long
  8. I just had my sleeve March 18th, looking for people to talk to with similar stories for support
