  1. hello! I am 5 weeks out from surgery and doing really well. My only issue is that my stomach area is still very swollen. The swelling is above my belly button and seems strange because I can tell my stomach is losing weight below my belly button. At 2 weeks my surgeon said it was fluids that would reabsorb but if that is what it is, it is still there! I don't have pain but I'm wondering what it is and when it will go away! Anyone have a similar experience or any advice?
