It was rough, shrink. Im in a lot of pain and feel very melancholy with the whole thing. I hada HORRIBLE first 3 days. I hit the regret stage already. I pray it gets better..

Today I received the news. I'd finished all of the mandatory pre op tests, Doctor visits, nutritionist appointments, sleep apnea studies, and multiple blood suckings rituals. I'd started this journey after seeing a photo of myself at my 45th birthday. This foreign bloated woman, stomaches resting on the table, boobs resting on the stomachs resting on the table. I took a deep heavy breath, (this was my "IT" moment) and said to myself, "This will be the last year I Celebrate the day of my birth in a size 24...." That was January 23. 2013. Date of surgery is scheduled for June 11, 2013. I will not be a size 24 on January 23, 2014.
