I start my 2 week pre-op diet/journey tomorrow. 2 protien shakes and one soup per day for two weeks. Hoping I can drop a little weight before surgery. Here's to a new way of eating healthier, more active lifestyle, and the beginning of my journey to a healthier, slimmer me!

I have been buying protein shakes too. Grabbing different brands and flavors. Im hoping to find some I really like before surgery so I can stock up. Thanks everyone for protein shake recommendations. My doctors appointment got moved up from April 16th to April 10th. Super excited!!!! Surgery's still set for the 17th. Let's do this April sleevers!

I'm nervous and excited about getting sleeved. I'd love to network with people who are being sleeved and have been sleeved in Texas. Any words of advice and encouragement would be great.
