So who knew I could actually have this done? Not me. Been thinking about it for a while and jumped on the wagon head first. Fortunately I have great insurance and already weight loss attempts documentation. I am so excited!! And nervous!!

Thank you Traci!! I think the fear is going to be there no matter what. I like that the sleeve seems more tolerable but I am seeing a lot of people stalling on their weight loss and/or not losing enough esp if the bmi is on the lower side. Ugh what to do what to do lol

Hello everyone! Im new to the site and I have some questions for ya...I am having a hard time deciding between the sleeve and the bypass. I am diabetic with a bmi of 35. I would like to lose 80 lbs and be done with the diabetes. I am leaning towards the sleeve but I have two concerns...I won't lose enough weight and I won't completely get rid of the diabetes. There are so many pros and cons to each and I'm just confusing myself by obsessing over the research. Anyone out there having or have had the same issue?
