  2. I'm 2 weeks post-op and on phase 2. I take Pepcid 2x a day. Whenever I drink, even water, it feels like it stops in my throat or chest & then goes down. Sometimes I burp. Most times I don't. According to my PA, I should be able to drink as much as I can tolerate because she said liquid just passes through my stomach. Any one else have this issue?

  5. Thanks! ~ I pray a lot!
  6. During recovery the first 6 weeks out is it necessary to have someone at home with you to help? The reason I am asking is becasue my helper may no longer be available. I've had 2 c-sections, one of which was like the old fashioned cut straight down your stomach, so I'm no stranger to pain. I'm just wondering if the pain will be so much that I really will need a helper.
