    Suggestions during Pre-Op diet

    I am having surgery tomorrow and am on day 9 of my post op liquid diet. I also have a 7 year old so I have had to practice great self control. I just kept saying I am doing this for me and don't screw it up by a momentary bite of food. I recommend gum for the chewing motion and apple juice when you need so sugar. Good luck!!

    Hi everyone! My surgery date is April 8th in Mexico! I had the lap bad about 5 years ago but had to have it removed stateside for it flipped and I got into an emergency situation. I am opting for the sleeve this time as its no hardware in my body!! I would love support too!

    I am scheduled in MX for April 8th too!!! I am excited and nervous. I start the liquid diet march 30 (day before Easter). I would love to share progress and ideas and generally keep in touch.
