  1. Please keep me updated! I start my diet on Monday for surgery next Monday. Everyone keeps asking me "are you sure you want to do this? You love food". Which is kind of hurtful but I just answer with a sweet "yes I'm sure". And people tell me "your not big" which I'm not sure how to take since I'm 5'8 and over 250. I can see the 100+ lbs I've gained in 10 years and I see my daughter making poor health choices bc of me. I'm ready to change and not let what I eat define me...sorry. Just ranting. Please let me know how everything goes. Good luck and ill be thinking about ya!
  2. My big day is approaching soon. I start my preop diet Monday and go in for test ect. It's been a long road. I was denied by insurance so now I'm self pay. I live in Cincinnati dr curry is doing my sleeve. Anyone else getting sleeved that day? I'm excited and nervous!
  3. Thank you I will try to get more weights.
  4. I have uhc and am finished with my 6 month dr diet and then they asked me for a 5 yr history which puts me below the qualifying bmi with 1 comorbitity. I'm so frustrated as to why they didn't tell me 8 months ago when I talked to the nurse from uhc. Venting. Sorry.
