  1. My husband and I are going out tonight to Celebrate one month since my surgery, how does everyone feel about shrimp? Sauteed? I am looking at the menu of the restaurant and trying to decide what will be best! here is the menu! http://www.metroalive.com/include/flashfiles/metroalive/business/944/menus/dinnerMenu.pdf
  2. I had my surgery on February 21st and I am standing up in a wedding on August 10th. I was 215 lbs. to begin with and today I am 196. I don't know what to do about ordering a dress? I was wondering what a 6 month weight average is for people with a similar size?
  3. I am 3 weeks out and I love juicing. I usually do before or after the gym. I haven't been able to tolerate the Vitamins so it's a great way to get them in. My favorite recipe is: Handful of Spinach Handful or Parsley 1 or 2 Persian Cucumbers 1 Carrot Small Slice of Apple
