  1. I did the same thing preop and blenderized it. After surgery I didn't want any of it. I have found since surgery that i crave savory flavors and not sweets so much anymore. I love Greek yogurt. It's been my savoir. I also like egg beaters with cheese. It just takes time and your tastes do change. I had surgery Jan. 23rd and i am still learning. Good luck on your journey!

  10. WALK....and walk....and walk. Your stomach is not going to fall out..hell, it's dam near gone! Roll your shoulders after surgery as much as possible to prevent gas from traveling up. Start a stool softener ASAP. Chapstick is a must! Listen closely to what you are told...it's all true! Eat slow and drink lots!! I feel amazing and I had surgery Jan. 23. Down 38 lbs! Good LUCK!
