Well it is definitely different. My sleeve is growling like crazy, I keep forgetting to take smaller sips and to slow down.i think this will be most difficult for me. I haven't had much pain. The drain does not bother me, it's mostly the abdominal air. But it is not as bad as some I have read about. I o however get a sharp chest pin if I roll on my right side. Could this be staples rubbing inside somewhere? We other than that and my obvious ability to not be sleeping tonight. This experience has been top knotch.
  2. Well it is day 2 and I am doing pretty well. Not a lot of gas pain just a bit. I realized I have to drink much slower than before. I have been nauseated today but have choked it back both times. Not a fan of vomiting.
  3. Doing well not a lot of pain but had some nausea today. Slept quite a bit and atleast the gas pains are not unbearable. I realize I have to drink slower than I am used to. But doing well thank God

  9. Those who have already been sleeved, how long did it take before you we're back to work? My surgery is scheduled for march 20 but I only took a week off. I am currently working long term care. 11. Agreed reasons are different for everyone, price is a factor (fraction of the cost in the states) but also the experience of the surgeons there. Do the research, I have been doing mine for about 8 months before booking my surgery. March 20 is my and my friends magic day.
