  7. I was sleeved on the 18th and it hasn't been the easiest ride but mostly has to do to the nurses NOT doing what my doctor put in the orders. So when I got a migraine they let me suffer for a day and 1/2 instead of giving me my meds like instructed. But I am home now and I have a few questions for some of you. Did anyone else come home with their JP drain still in and then go back in a week to have it removed? And for the 1st week I am on clear liquids but I'm supposed to get 60 grams of protein my broth has 0 grams any ideas. Thanks and good luck to everyone.

  10. I go in tomorrow at 5:45 am Im starting to get nervous now. I am disappointed in myself because the last few days I haven't done that great on the per op diet. Did anyone else not follow it to the T and still do OK? I have lost 10-12 lbs and 11 1/2 inches and my bmi was 35 to start with. I just hope I didn't screw this up I really want this done.
  11. Don't discouraged I didn't show any weight loss until today and I have only lost 7 lbs and I'm on day 7. It all kinda happened overnight for me. I know that is not much but my Dr didn't seem to worried about me loosing much weight before surgery. Good luck and keep your head up.
  12. Until the 18th. They made me do a 2 week and my bmi is 35 so I don't understand. I'm worried we are going to my father un laws for a fish fry tomorrow and I love his fish so pray for me because it's going to be HARD!! And plus they don't know about the surgery.

  17. Any suggestions on the pre-op diet? I start mine tomorrow and my surgery is the 18th. I'm more worried about that than the surgery. I still have to cook for my family and I don't want to be tempted to eat.
