Hey guys. Im still pre op. i just want to say how awesome I think it is that there is an age specific group. This ap does wonders. With that said, do you think we could have a group chat for people who are available ? I think that maybe we should have topics that interest people and discuss. What does very one think. I'm pre op still. I current work out every day for 60 mins and I am very physically strong. I am just trying to mentally prepare .

Is there any excersise you cant do ? Any excersise restrictions ?

Does anyone take anything to help them go to the bathroom (#2)? I heard dulcolax but I am not sure if it would do more harm then g old. Let me know. Thanks !

Has anyone had terrible loose skin problems. How was the pain after surgery?
