I was sleeved feb 25, 2013-- so a lil over 16 months outI was 319 and a 26 was no longer fitting I am now 165 and wear a 14! So I've lost just about 155! I still have a bit to go and it's def slowed but I've completely changed my lifestyle and it's going slow but steady- some months now it's up a lb and some it's down 7..,, just depends
