Yes you do and they want Mexican money not American so get some . They do give the deposit back . Great staff at the Merriott . They are second to none there !!! Enjoy your stay .How long after surgery can you eat nuts or seeds ?When can you start eating soft foods like yogurt after being sleeved . I'm doing a pre- op diet . Mostly protein bars and a small lunch and salads . I will be doing. 3 day protein shake and clear fluids 3 days before surgery .I have had 3 replays to a question regarding the occ and 3x I revived a reply all different user IDs but the same story of their experience ????Yes the count down is on . I can't wait to be done and home again lol.I'm getting sleeved on the 8 th of April also at the occI need feed back on Dr Ortiz at the occ in Tijuana . Did anyone get sleeved ??? I have been eating protein bars for meal replacements and they really work well with a cup of coffee . I try to stick to the 200 calorie ones and then I will have a container /!serving of Greek yogurt . I find this makes calorie counting easy .I'm with Dr Ortiz on April 8th and have only heard good things . Now I'm a little confused that your saying you weren't happy .
