    My surgery is 2/26 and I have a Pre-op diet for 2 weeks prior to procedure. My hubby is 3 weeks post surgery today and has already lost 28 lbs. hoping we can do this together

    Hi ladies I am new to this and my surgery is scheduled for 2/26/13. I am amazed at your progress and think you all look beautiful!!! You r truly an inspiration to me. I am 5'6" and about 216 or so, medium frame. I know everyone is different, but I am curious to hear your input of what my goal weight should be? My doc told me 125 lbs but that seems crazy low for my height....would love to get some input

    Hi! I am new and have a date finalized for my surgery: feb. 26. Anyone else with the same date. Ideally, I would like to lose 70 lbs with an end weight of 140.
