I'm new here too. I'm scheduled on Feb. 15th. I start the pre op diet this Friday. Mixed emotions here.

Where in Alabama are you from? I started out with a Dr in Anniston but wasn't getting much help kind of like I was doing it all on my own and when I had everything together then he'd do my surgery. Since have switched to Dr in B' ham and was approved the same day and now scheduled for surgery Feb 15th

My bc of Alabama just had to have three years previous weights and current health issues like hypertension, diabetes etc.
