1. Wow! Thanks for all of the positive feedback! I forgot to attach before and afters..
2. Today is the day! I am less than 6 months out (sleeved on December 6) and I finally hit 100 lbs down. I started at 290 and am now 190. The big success was when I broke into "one-derland" but this feels really good, too. I work out every day and just ran my first 5k today! I never thought I would say that. I'm sorry if this sounds like gloating, I just want everyone to know there IS hope and you WILL get there with the determination. I still have a long way to go, but I am at the point now that since I am working out consistently, I feel like the sleeve isn't doing all of the work.. I'm doing my part too. I hope that makes sense. Anyways, tonight I'm celebrating with a glass of wine and a movie!
3. Quest bars seem to be the best for me. I like the Cinnamon Roll, Mixed Fruit, and chocolate Brownie flavors.. Although the Chocolate Brownie flavor makes me want a glass of milk! Haha. They are 20g Protein and 17g Fiber (and gluten free). Plus if you go to their site and email them asking for samples, they'll mail them to you for free I don't tolerate the Protein drinks well for some reason so I mainly have to rely on the bars. As far as the gas goes I haven't had a problem.. Since I was sleeved Dec 6, I have trouble going to the bathroom lol, so the fiber really helps me. I hope this was helpful!
