  2. Thank you for your replies. I don't have lupus but my mother does. I am considering the lapband (doing my research) and she read that people with lupus or family with lupus were not candidates for lapband. I believe she is just afraid for me but I believe the surgery is the best thing I can do for myself. I will talk to my dr. Thanks again!
