My surgery date is on the 13th

Well on monday i belive shes gonna give it to me she said for now a liquid diet... So im guessing broths and jello and stuff but idk if I should ad protein shakes or something

Im not exactly sure what we can have on this liver shrink diet lol

Today is my first day of my liver shrink and Im doing alright

How is it you all got approve and right away got your surgery dates? I got approved then they made me do all the requirements like mam ekg blood work upper endoscopy and stuff. I just finished all that and now the only thing left is surgery date.. Feels like they made my process longer somehow lol =\ well anyways congrats! And I hope your transition to the loser bench is suer fantastic!

Omg congrats and good luck. Try your best to stop smoking or at least slow down. You dont want or need the complcations. Anywho good luck wish you the best

Im prob right there woth you. I was hoping to have a november surgery date buy I think its gonna end up being a december thing.

I hope my surgery doesnt get delayed but if its done it'll prob be for the better so I can heal correctly. I want whatever is safest and better i guess I can wait 30 more days if I have to lol

I definately will. The ones I named are ones that the dietician at my surgeons office suggested bu I will definiately look into vitamins made especially for bariactric patients makes perfect sense! Thank u! and also thanks for he provided info!

Today was my upper endoscopy... The gi doctor says I have gastritis.. Just my luck! Guess this will push my surgery datr even further than expected

Ok ladies got them! Now I wait tomorrow is my upper endoscopy. Its the ladt thing I need to do before my surgery date! all is prepared now though got the cal chews flinstones vits with iron b12 sublingual.. Is there anything I missed?
