  1. I haven't had the surgery yet but I will be having it next week. I am wondering if it would be better if the ice had watered it down a bit. Or if it was a little flat no carbonation. The carbonation is what swells your stomach. I have a friend and a sister that if they just want a sip they will let it sit out and get flat. I said what if you put it in a glass of ice and let it set a little to dilute the carbonation. So far they have not done that. I would think those frozen soda pops would do the same thing.
