  3. I think it depends on ur surgeon. Mine said coffee was fine after 8 weeks but to try and limit it to 2 cups per day and to continue to drink plenty of water.

Same here, I'm 10 months post op and pop corn is my nemesis! It's the only thing that I can eat too much of and doesn't bother me! I've had to limit myself because it is so good and goes down so easy! I've lost 180 lbs to date so I do tend to reward myself with it!
  5. Congrats on ur surgery! I was sleeved 4/10/13 and I have lost 180 lbs. My abdominal soreness lasted about 2 weeks. After the first 5 days it gradually got better. Welcome to the sleeve club! Michelle
  6. You look amazing! Congrats on ur success! I'm down to 290 and seems to be slow loss right now! Hoping it will pick back up real soon! Have u experienced times where u just stall and lose nothing? Any tips? Here's my most current before and after, keep up the good work! Michelle

  14. I had my vertical Sleeve surgery on 4/10/13 and weighted 464 lbs and today my weight is 305! I couldn't be happier with my results so far! Best decision I've ever made! You will have great results!
  15. I like the pure protein bars, The EAS Advantage Carb Control protein drinks only have 100 calories and 17 grams of protein and taste great. Light and lively Greek yogurt is really good too and turkey or beef jerky. I find all of these to be a good snack for protein.
  16. I had my surgery date on 4/10/13, starting weight was 464 and my current weight is 305! Still have a ways to go but I feel wonderful! I wish all of my fellow sleepers the very best success in your journey!
