  1. I am having a hard time with what to eat. I am trying tro get all of my protein in by eating bars and shakes. But each of these are like a full meal and they fill me up pretty quickly. I want so badly to have a salad! But I am afraid of eating too much. I am scared to death of stretching my stomach out. This surgery has definitely taken the enjoyment out of eating.....but I guess thats what I need, right?
  2. I was losing pretty well since my surgery on Dec 14. I started at 194 and have lost 18 lbs. The last week or so I go up a pound, then go down a pound. Is this normal? It seems kinda soon for a stall to me. Should I be getting discouraged?
