  1. Sounds like a similar experience,I am 3 weeks post-op yesterday and I am really glad to know its not just me and that this stall is normal. I read on another forum that during the "stall" periods loose the scale and bring out the measuring tape, that's where you will the changes. I was excited to start incorporating solids (soft ones of course) but after a few days of trying that I decided to hold back a little bit longer. Liquids just don't aggravate my stomach as much and they still give me sustenance. On a plus side I am back to running every night which really helps keep me feeling balanced. Keep your head up and looking forward.
