  2. I am eating about 800 calories a day, I add in more calories if I exercise. I use the app my fitness pal. Are y'all familiar with that app? I think it's a great one! I don't get in 64oz of liquid, I usually drink 32 to 40 oz.
  3. My surgery was November 14th. I have only lost 24lbs. I am older and now finding out I may be pre menopausal. I am going to do bio-identical hormone therapy. We shall see if that makes a difference. The last thing a nurse told me leaving the hospital is "you will be amazed at how fast the weight falls off.. I am amazed at how SLOW it is coming off, considering how little I am eating. It's no wonder I could never stay on a diet and lose weight and keep me motivated.
