    All of my December sleevers...

I'm also 5'9. I've lost 106lbs . And have another 100 lbs to go. I'm currently at 270. Down from 376. That's where my doc wants me. But when I met my husband 25 yrs ago I was 185. And really liked that weight. I for sure will been skin removal Surgry. And my family Dr is already talking about me getting my breasts done. Because after this weight loss and breast feeding two babies they're so deflated. Feeling excited and more energetic.

I'm feeling pretty good also. Weight loss since Surgry may not be as fast as some but since surgery I've lost 87lbs but in the 9 months since I made my mind up and started my journey ice lost 106lbs. Not to shabby.

    All of my December sleevers...

Hey all sleeved 12/28/12. Loving life. I've lost 76lbs since surgery. Down 4 pant sizes and haven't been this size for 24 yrs. Wow. I stall a lot but I seem to lose the most at the beginning if every month. I'm off all mess and have so much energy. I still have 118lbs to go but I know I'll get there and it doesn't seem so scary now. I just started taking my b12 I forgot all about it and it has helped me stop stalling so much. I love reading everyone's accomplishments. Great job and good work.

    All of my December sleevers...

Sleeved 12/28. Down 63lbs from 357. I feel like a slow loser. I stall a lot and yoyo up and down the same 2 to 3 lbs. I've lost 25 inches over whole body. down almost 4 pant sizes. Was a 24 now a loose 18. Shirts just one size. Started to loose hair about the 3 1/2 month mark. But I still believe this was the best decision ever made I take in about 1000 calories, drink 5 bottled waters a day. And get about 80g protein. Walk 3 x a week but just herniated a disk in the lower back and have bad leg and back pain. I need ideas on how to loose with out the exercise for a little while.

  8. He's a great Dr. I go back on April 15th to see the Dr. It'll be my almost 4 month appt. I go tomorrow to see Nut, the Psyc, and trainer. I really thought it would come off faster but I'm unable to go to the gym or walk due to knee and elbow injury. I've been at a stall for a week now UGH!! I've just got a long way to go.

    2 weeks out..frustrated a tad

Thanks I will. I go back for 2 week check up on the 14th. Wanted to be down more. I lost 21lbs on pre-op diet. My blood pressure meds were changed right after surgery and now I seem to be retaining a little water. Hopefully Dr. will help me with that. I know it'll start coming off. Just a little down after reading everyone else's weight loss.

Slow to lose. Sleeved Dec. 28th and have only lost 4lbs. I get my protein in but not all the water. Why am I not losing faster. I walk twice a day.
