  1. I eat fast too. Always have I was skinny all my life until the last 7 years. Even when skinny I binge ate just never affected me like it does now. I know head hunger I will struggle with. But I have to take this battle on now.
  2. Anyone else feel sad they wont be able to binge eat after surgery. I feel down I won't be able to. I know it's not good for me but to not be able to eat 'normally' is a strange feeling.
  3. Yes my opp is 5 feb I need to go Pre op diet 3 weeks before so in a few days I start. Was going to do Cambridge diet shakes for this.
  4. That sounds like a good diet. I was under the impression it would be multivitamins and shakes as the only food to supply what the body needs etc. x
  5. Thank you for you advise I hope I can do it. It's very worrying to think of the change in volume of food. Big guess its the way to lose weight. How many times you eat a day the? Say 2 shakes 1 saucer meal etc?? Just trying to get my head round it.
  6. Would you say it's wort it??? I am a little worried Also what brand shake and Multivitamin do you use most people on here list American brands. Do you feel well now?? Plus do you forget your on a diet and then are sick much.
  7. I can't get my head around the fact that some People say it takes 30 minutes to feed on small amount of food. I wonder if its possible to get enough Water through the day and nutrients to stay healthy. How did you do it. X

  11. Hi my names Mike 35 years old and I'm from the UK I'm 260 pounds and booked in to be sleeves on February 5. I can't wait and would love a buddy to share experiences. This site looks perfect to answer all the questions we all have but two question I never find. 1-Does the surgery damage stomach muscles for life. 2- Plus when we are old and grey and maybe in an old people's home how do we let people know we are sleeved and we are force fed food?? Any ideas
