January 2013 Sleevers?
Surgery jan 17, down a total of 130lbs. Currently on a 3 week stall but who cares, I'm only 35 lbs from goal.

3 month stall-weight loss h-e-l-l
How much have you lost to date. I'm 5 month out as well and I have slowed down on the weight loss as well. As we get closer to goal weight it will get harder that's for sure. So far I'm down 130lbs and most of it in the first 3 months. I'm 35lbs from goal and if I didn't loss another pound I would be happy with where I'm at. If your not eating right don't blame the surgery. As everyone has said, including the Drs, this a tool not magic. We still have to work hard to get to where we want to be. Good luck and I hope your stall ends soon.

Loss of enegry
I felt the same way at first, your body is recuperating from the surgery. I took 5 weeks off work and when I went back I was exhausted after a few hours. It will get better.

Pb2 or protein powder added to Greek yogurt works good, tastes great and lots of protein.

considering the surgery, need your help please :)
Hi minkim, I don't have any regrets, I'm really happy with my results. Most of us on here have struggled with diets and have lost only to gain back even more. I will tell you I took 5 weeks off of work as I'm on my feet all day in a kitchen. At first I would get tired really quickly but as my calorie intake has gone up I have been fine. It comes down to you making the most inform decision on the surgery you can. You can't let people tell you should or shouldn't have the surgery. It has to be your choice. As with any surgery there are risks, I was one of the lucky ones that didn't. Good luck with what ever you decide.

In The 2's Whoo Hooo
Thanks everyone, This really has been an AWESOME experience so far. Even my wife has not seen me this small. She found some clothes that we put away that I once wore when we first meet and they are all too big now.
