  1. I'm getting sleeved on January 5 th... Excited !! Ive been taking all my vitamins and only need to be on a 3 day diet before my surgery . On Jan 4th nothing but clear liquids
  2. And this is the exact reason why I planned to have my surgery after the holidays lol too tempting !
  3. Well you are still alive and breathing , don't worry and don't feel bad . Some people take everything too serious and I appreciate your honesty. I'm sure you are not the only one in the world who has done this
  4. My surgery is Jan 5 th and I am supposed to be taking iron. It really makes me sick I get stomach cramping !!! So I stopped taking it completely ! Is there any suggestions ??!?!

  8. I'm so glad u posted this !!!! This is my exact fear! I am 200 exactly and my surgery date is set for Jan 5 , everyone tells me I'm not big enough and I'm going to wither away
  9. I was thinking those but wasn't sure if they had all the essential Vitamins ! Sure beats the pricy ones lol
  10. So this is my surgery date ..starred taking vitamins already and they make me throw up every day ?? Does anyone have any advise on some that are actually good vitamins besides gummies that don't make you throw up ?
