  2. I was sleeved october 17th and am down 45 pounds very happy with the weight loss but i have been having a very hard time eating and getting in all my protein hopefully it will get better after my nutritionist appointment this week !
  3. I would start in portions but u most likely wont be able to get down a full one are you hungry at this point?
  4. Anyone know of any great shake ideas for alot of protein? I am a month and a half in but am having the same awful feeling and can barley get down my shakes. Food is so hard to get down like someone said I can barley eat an egg its getting to the point where I'm scared to eat and don't want to ... suggestions
