  1. Hi Everyone, My Name is Tammy and my husband is going to be getting banded. Insurance has already approved and now we are going through the pre-op portion. Tomorrow morning he goes for the upper GI and then the pshycological exam in the afternoon. I have been slowly reading the boards and especially the diet portion. I plan on going through all stages of diet with him giving as much support as I can. I don't want him feeling alone with the change of eating habits. We have 3 boys ages 10,12 and 15 that know about what is going on. The youngest has even been keeping a food diary and comparing it to his dads. :hungry: Feel free to give suggestions do you have for me.
