I am going this Friday i think I'm going to try to imitate optifast. Which is pretty much all liquid. Dr. Garcia just has us drinking to shakes and one meal.

Hey everyone, Good morning just finished getting my blood work done for my primary care physician. Just wanted to make sure she had an Idea of my vitals and nutrition before surgery. Since she is my new doctor. I told her in November that I was having the surgery and considering Mexico. She wasn't to thrilled about that decision, but she said she would support me. So I went for my appointment with her on Monday to inform her that I was indeed going to Mexico. She looked at me like I stunk. Lol then asked me if I was sure and if u had spoken with actual patients of Dr. Garcia. Asked me how they were doing and if the had complications all that stuff. And of course I am ten steps ahead of her. And assured her that I have researched and researched. But by the end of my appt she felt more comfortable knowing I had and that my friend is also having surgery.

Good thing about my job is they cover reconstructive surgery. I haven't had the sleeve done yet but I will in Feb and I'm unfortunate to have very large breast as well. So I am so looking forward to possibly having to have an augmentation. I have been wanting a reduction for ages.
