  2. I would not go based on what other people are doing. Follow your doctor's advice and if you didn't get one, here is the basic formula: 600-800 calories, less than 40 grams of carbs, at least 80 grams of Protein and at a MINIMUM 64 oz of Water. That being said a typical day for me looks like: Breakfast - Protein shake lunch - meat (I can't eat chicken right now but pretty much anything else) and some veggies Snack - Almonds or some other nuts dinner - Meat (2 to 4 oz, I can eat more seafood than I can other proteins) and veggies. Snack - Protein if I need it Make sure to take your Vitamins and get the water in, those are two critical success factors. Also make sure to exercise, at least some walking.

  6. I buy fruit salad from the produce section at the grocery store and I zip it up in my magic bullet. It is great. I put some FiberOne in with it too.
  7. I made this tonight and it was great. I liked it and my family LOVED it.
