Your right go with what's comfortable for you. Because mine may change as well. I am not finished having kids yet i have 1 daughter and want one more so I want to have a little wiggle room. But your right those nut charts or way off all women don't have the same body type but keep up the good work girl so proud of you almost there in onederland. Your doing great. How much more to goal weight? For me I have two goals the first is to be 1 something it could be 199 for all I care. But my final goal is 180 or 170 I would be fine between whichever one :0)

Hi everyone, my starting weight was 305 CW 245 60 POUNDS DOWN SO FAR Height 5'7

Update I am 60 pounds down took about a month to lose 8 pounds but grateful for the loss :0)

That's great a lost is a lost and your losing normal my weight was a lot higher than yours :0)

I know all our weightloss is all different but its just extra motivation to see how we all are doing. My date was January 3 i am 52 pounds since surgery no pre op diet have not went shopping so i don't no new clothing size oh and i am 5feet 7 :0)
