    Hello,:help: I am newbie. I am starting the process for my lap band. I have located a Dr to do the surgery. Dr. Geiss in Syossett LI. I am having a hard time locating a psychologist that takes GHI insurance to perform my evaluation. Everyone I contacted wants you to be a long term patient. The Dr has recommend one but she does not take insurance and she is charging $350 for the evaluation. Can anyone recommend a psychologist that has done this type of evaluation that takes insurance. I am looking in the NYC area or Long Island NY. Thanks in advance for any assistance.Can wait to get the ball rolling.
