  1. I would try to reduce your carbs also. I found that has helped me. I had my surgery a few days before you and lost 14 lbs the first week and then only 2-3 lbs a week until week 4 and now I am down 6 lbs. I have also started doing more that walking now. I am finding when I don't loose many lbs that I am losing inches. I also found lowering my carbs has helped me. Good luck!!
