  1. It's mind blowing to me also, surg date 10/30 300 and today 1wk Nov 6 281...I do realize alot of that is fluids. But a number is a number!
  2. I too was sleeved in 10/30 and was very tired and sleeped a lot. I had no pain, moving helps a lot, I also have had a hard time with the protein, getting it in. The water was great for me esp ice chips. I've just discovered that if I mix 16oz of skim milk with a scoop of protein and teaspoon of flavor surup taste great, I wasn't doing enough liquid with the protein and that 16oz is 42gm of protein. Protein is the #1 thing your body needs to heal. I feel great. Also ky doc said if no pain still take the pain meds at night for the 1st few days so your body can rest and heal.
  3. Any advice, I CAN NOT tolerate the protein shakrs, I do good with them in the hosp, but now they make me want to vomit. Thankfully, I haven't. Please help, I was sleeved on Tuesday. I feel great otherwise.
  4. Hi, I hope your feeling well. I can not seem to get all if my protein in. I haven't tried anything put protein and water. Let's keep in touch.
  5. Hi, I'm 3 days out and feel great. I'm only doing protein and water. Mr doctor Saud the get my protein in before other things. Came home yesterday and went trick or treating with my daughter. The key for me is move, move, move.
