  2. I use this brand too! Very afordable.. i have strawberry.. 1 scoop of powder, 1/2 cup of frozen berries, 8 oz of light soy milk, 4 ice cubes! Yummy!!
  3. search for "Deepak Chopra" on youtube he has such good meditation exercises, it is very helpful and relaxing... instead of feeding your stomach, feed your spirit.. goodluck..

  6. Im half and half! For the most part its full liquid but ive mixed up some mushy food. I do my protein shake. Ive had mashed potatoes but i dnt like how heavy it sits on my sleeve. Scramble eggs and tuna sit well but i can only handle 3 tsp. Cottage cheese and cream canned soup ive tried too.. i dnt think i can do the whole puree diet...

  9. I am 9 days post op and have lost 9 lbs. I weigh myself daily but i seriously need to stop! Lol.. but it feels good to lose weight. Im a long way to go, and i do enjoy reading people post and stories it is very inspiring!!

  13. We had same surgery date.. im on full liquid, tolerating my protein shakes, low fat cream soup, and today i just had a little bit of mashed potatoes (2 tsp) thats it.. what r u having?

  17. I felt horrible the first night home from the hospital. I was crying and regret the whole thing. Then i started reading all the paper work i got from my surgeon as well as reading people post on here then i felt better. I just told myself "im gona get skinny" over and over again.. from then ive been feeling good. Positive attitude helps in healing! we can do this..
  18. Hi there. I am also 5 days post op, i got that same feeling last night. What i did is i just sat up for 10 mins and it went away. I think its the acid in our esophagus. I was prescribed zantac and that helps. Keep your head up. Think and believe that it will get better..
