  1. this must be very frustrating for you , im 10 days post op, but i am still only on liquid , 2 very small bowls of clear or thin soup( no lumps) and 1 yoghurt per day , with a multi vitimin tablet, is this the diet that you have been given ?
  2. I too had dizzy spells and felt light headed and my specialist nurse advised me to have some sugar in my coffee/tea which did help
  3. I am 10 das post op an like you i had real problems with the gas in the shoulder but it does ease and i think i felt so rotten at day 3 because of the effects of the anesthestic , hold on in there things do improve
  4. hi all , I am 10 days post op from a double operation I had my band fitted and also my gall bladder removed at the same time , has anyone els had the same op , my progress in the first 5 days was quite slow , but i am now driving and walking well , still just on the fluids , but i would like to hear from anyone who has had the same op.
