  1. The pre-op diet is very hard. I do two protein shakes a day and one low fat, low carb dinner. The dinner does help some. I am really hungry tonight but can't eat anymore today. Guess an early bedtime is in store for me tonight. It's very hard tonight. I don't understand all of the different diets either. I have to do it for two weeks but many others don't do it as long. I'm ready to get to surgery day.
  2. I drink Beverly International. I buy the Cookies and cream and the chocolate. I put Peanut Butter in the chocolate. I mix the powder with super skim milk. I love them!
  3. November 12th is my surgery date.
  4. My surgery is scheduled for November 12th. I'm on the 2 week pre-op diet right now. Thanks for sharing your experience. It's nice to know what to expect from someone who has experienced it.
  5. I'm on my pre-op diet right now. My surgery is on November 12th. My diet is 2 weeks and consists of a protein shake for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch, a low fat dinner, and one sugar free snack a day. It's actually not that bad. I have had a head for 3 days now, but they seem to be getting better.
